These amazing resin incense sticks contain 100% pure, natural ingredients, namely pure ground resins or wood powders, pressed into traditional stick form. The sticks are a particularly long, thick size, and so will burn for longer than thinner commercial sticks. Being made with pure resins, their scent is lush and rich.

Most people would be surprised to learn of the inferior materials often used in cheap modern incense - ingredients such as coal powder, washing soda ash, grease and used motor oils, rubber solutions and melted tyres, and even albumen powder derived from the blood of slaughtered animals and used as a binding agent. These inferior incense sticks also use synthetic perfumes and fragrances, believed to produce harmful CO2 when burnt. Not many manufacturers use high quality natural materials such as is used in the types of incense we stock. Take a look at our other listings for natural handmade Himalayan incense made in the traditional way using ground resins and botanicals.

Excellent working conditions, no child labour, social security and pension benefits for all workers, employment to women, work provided at home and above all an excellent quality which remains unchanged year after year are some of the reasons why Aroma Queen chooses to focus on stocking the Auroshikha brand of handmade incense, and why we encourage any incense lover to try them out.
